Step into the smash room, the ultimate rage-release haven! Our custom-built, kitchen is your sanctuary for letting it all out. Shout to your heart’s content, shatter plates, toss glasses, even the odd spatula!

I'll be honest I was really concerned about creating more crap in the world, we have enough do we not??
so the though of buying new things simply to break was not an option.. So We here at RAGE ROOMS and Smash rooms we use pre-loved items... We source from local people and companies who would be sending stuff to the tip...
This can be be incredibly time and labour intensive, however it is also a lot of fun and we get to meet a lot od gorgeous people on our rounds

Emotions come up and can feel pretty scary, so onsite you can access and emotional freedom specialist to help you disperse any remaining rage.

Where does all that smashed stuff go?
I get ask this ALL the time...so as I stated before ALL our items were destined for landfill by their previous owner.
And once people had smashed it to smithereens, we clear it into separate boxes to dispose of.

Then they are disposed of accordingly at local waste depots.
I have been known to save item just before they are launched into a skip.
So, far from creating more mess, if anything we are compressing it and helping people too.
Also, a little bit interesting...I look to go further and currently working with a welder to turn the scrap metal in to furniture... watch this space
