How rage room began
Back story
So I'd like to give a little background to Rage Rooms.
The idea was born after seeing an episode of Working Mom's on Netflix a couple of years ago.
One of the mums was so stressed and repressing so much emotion that she was becoming sick, jut she couldn't let on how awful she felt, and instead started making dangerous life choices...

Anyway at one point her friend to her to a rage room... and she finally realised how angry, resentful and fuc£ing sad she was.
And me being a therapist and specialising in suppressed trauma, i felt that this could be a boss idea to start a rage room in Royal Leamington Spa Meanwhile I have been working mainly online coaching and mentoring for some time, and felt a detachment, like I wanted to be back in the real world again making a difference on my doorstep....
So a few weeks ago, I made the decision to go for it, and here we are, mere days away from welcoming my first ragers....
But unlike other rage rooms...
There is a deeper mission, to help people stuck in their emotions, to create a safe space to feel things that until now have been too scary...
So whether you want a laugh with your or you need something more...

Lucy Bee Owner
Lucy Bee has never been interested in keeping the peace for the sake of it.
As a conflict specialist, pattern breaker, and holistic practitioner trained in EFT, Matrix Reiki, and NLP, Lucy has spent years doing the work most people avoid... dismantling conflict from the inside out.
Her journey began in the most personal of places, navigating her way out of abusive relationships and transforming that experience into a calling. Today she helps individuals and corporate teams do what once felt impossible: disarm the conflict that keeps them stuck.
When Lucy kept seeing people carrying rage they had no safe place to put down, she did something about it. She opened Rage Rooms Leamington Spa...a space where letting go isn't just encouraged, it's the whole point.
But this goes far deeper than breaking things. Lucy offers one-to-one and corporate coaching for those ready to do the real internal work, alongside The Inside Job a space for people committed to lasting transformation. She also supports aspiring rage room owners to build their own businesses through a tailored three-tier mentorship programme.
Her mission is simple, even when the work isn't: to help people free themselves from internal and external conflict, for good.
