What We Do at Rage Rooms Leamington Spa
Why RAGE??
Here at Rage Rooms we provide a safe space to feel it ALL... And unleash...
In a world where frustration and stress are at an all time high, Rage Rooms are the perfect place to release all those pent up feelings.
Ever wanted to just smash plates off the floor when washing up, or finally destroy that hideous vase you had to keep for 20 years??
Pick your weapons and release it all...
For ages 10+ you can come and have family fun or a smash in your lunch break.
We have everything here to have a smashing time...
We have playlists to choose from
Or
You can hook up your own tunes
Various smashables with a couple of big items to go at too.
This is holistic rage therapy at its most cutting edge.
No waste here
I'll be honest, I was really concerned about creating more crap in the world, we have enough do we not??
So the thought of buying new things simply to break was not an option. So here at Rage Rooms and Smash Rooms we use pre-loved items... We source from local people and companies who would be sending stuff to the tip...
This can be be incredibly time and labour intensive, however it is also a lot of fun and we get to meet a lot of gorgeous people on our rounds
We have regular sponsors
- Cats 🐈 Protection Leamington
- Banardos Leamington
- China Village
- Myton hospice
If you or your business want to become a sponsor and receive Rage Room passes as a thank you, contact us
Please whatsapp Lucy directly on 07903 704588 if you would like to work with us.
#justsaying
Emotions come up and can feel pretty scary, so onsite you can access an emotional freedom specialist to help you disperse any remaining rage.
If you find that anger has become a bigger part of life and you want to stop shouting and getting bubbled over with feeling overwhelmed, anxiety and anger, and you want to finally create something different, contact Lucy for a confidential chat.
Beyond the rage
We welcome everyone here - and want to support people with mental health needs, including grief, anger and depression.
so if you are a company or organisation who want to put this on your agenda, contact Lucy on 07903 704588 and see how Rage Rooms can support you
Where does all that smashed stuff go?
I get ask this ALL the time...so as I stated before, ALL our items were destined for landfill by their previous owner.
And once people have smashed it to smithereens, we clear it into separate boxes to dispose of.
Crockery
Glass
Cardboard
Wood/chipboard
Plastics
Metal
Electricals
Then they are disposed of accordingly at local waste depots.
I have been known to save items just before they are launched into a skip.
So, far from creating more mess, if anything we are compressing it and helping people too.
Also, a little bit interesting...I look to go further and am currently working with a welder to turn the scrap metal into furniture... watch this space
